It’s glad tidings to everyone out there as the winter season is all set to commence and Spice Jet brings out a happy news. Yes, this new operation of 8 new routes commencing from November 15 will make a sum of 334 flight altogether, which is now 316 in figure. The 8 new routes include Ahmedabad-Bengaluru-Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad-Goa-Ahmedabad, Bengaluru-Guwahati-Bengaluru, Guwahati-Chennai-Guwahati. Apart from the additional flights, Spice Jet also plans up for increasing frequencies during the winter season. At the moment, the flight services open for booking are Ahmedabad-Chennai-Ahmedabad, Hyderabad-Delhi-Hyderabad, Delhi-Bengaluru-Delhi, Delhi-Guwahati-Delhi".
Announcing the news, Shilpa Bhatia, SpiceJet`s Senior VP (Commercia) has uttered that new winter schedule will create an equivalent scenario for metro and non-metro connectivity. He continues to add that these three aircrafts will enable the comfort of passengers to choose the best options in accordance to time flexibility.
As mentioned above, right now Spice Jet has been operating around 316 flights that has 44 destinations with 6 International services. It is noteworthy that couple of flight services - Kolkata to Visakhapatnam and Bagdogra will start from November 1.
A mandatory information is that these winter operations by Spice Jet has been already approved by Aviation Regulator DGCA that starts from Oct 30.
