MobiKwik waives off charges to ease transactions

Among the ordeal and challenges faced by the public at a time of demonetization of rupee notes, Mobikwik has announced that there will be zero percent charges for fund transactions made over the platform.
This move is likely to absorb more retailers, shopkeepers and users to make use of the mobile wallet in overcoming challenges that are caused due to difficulties in procuring cash at banks and ATMs.
It is to be noted that transferring money from mobile wallet to bank involved a fee of 4 percent for all non KYC users and the charge was 1 percent for KYC users.
Further Mobikwik has also launched a customer support number that is functional throughout the day. Users may also choose to download the MobiKwik app for sending or receiving funds for free. For this, they can call at +91-9029059700.
There is 18 times more transactions made on the platform ever since the announcement about demonetization was made. It is also possible to register on MobiKwik using Truecaller. Earlier this year, a new feature that will allow users have access to nearby merchants was launched.
For loading money, one can use their credit or debit card or internet banking. The Payback points gained using ICICI bank debit or credit cards, Big Bazaar, HP Petrol Pumps, eBay, BookMyShow, American Express, etc can also be converted as MobiKwik cash.
