Rains in or two places today in southern Tamil Nadu

Chennai Meteorological Centre has mentioned that there will be rains in or two places today in southern Tamil Nadu due to upper air circulation in the atmosphere.
An official of the Meteorological Centre said: Since there is an upper circulation of air in atmosphere, there are chances of rains in one or two places in southern Tamil Nadu. The northern parts of Tamil Nadu will continue to witness dry weather conditions. As far as Chennai is concerned the sky will be cloudy. The maximum and minimum temperature will be 31 degrees and 21 degrees Celsius.
