Tamil Nadu Open University to introduce 26 New courses

The Tamil Nadu Open University is set to introduce 26 new courses including post-graduation courses, Tamil medium study of Geography, from the next Academic Year.
The Vice-Chancellor of the Tamil Nadu Open University, Mr. M, Bhaskaran informed:
The Tamil Nadu Open University is set to introduce 26 New Courses including the post-graduation courses - M. A. (Education), M. A. (Literature) and M. Sc. (Geography) (Tamil Medium), Post-graduate Diploma Courses on Counselling, Cybercrime, Educational Technology Development, and Information Technology, Diploma course on Cloud Computing, Tourism, English Language Skills, and Installation of Solar energy panels, and Certificate Courses on Gold metalwork, bridal decoration, and dress design from the next Academic Year – 2017-18.
The 9th Convocation Ceremony of the Tamil Nadu Open University is scheduled at 11.30 AM tomorrow (Friday, 2nd December) at the Chennai University Centenary Hall.
The Chancellor of the University, Tamil Nadu Governor Mr. Vidyasagar Rao, will over the convocation.
14060 Open University students will be getting the graduation.
