Cyclone Vardah - Dry air awaits as it near the AP coast

I have seen newspapers and international news sites reporting over 130 km/hr winds. Yes the Cyclone is going to intensify in open waters but as it nears the coast it is expected to weaken a lot.

Lets see the Cyclone this Oct-Dec 2016

1. Cyclone Kyant (October Last Week) - Dry Air kills it within hours and no landfall as it neared South AP coast

2.Depression (November 1st week) - Wind shear killed the system and no landfall in Bangladesh

3.Cyclone Nada (December 1st week) - No landfall over TN coast again technically as it weakened into low pressure due to windshear again killing the system

4.Now Cyclone Vardah (December 2nd Week) - Strongest of all but expected to encounter dry air before crossing the coast. If it weakens it can only make landfall close to Nellore and not near Kakinada.

I need a day more to confirm where exactly the cyclone is going to make landfall.

I request only one thing from our Chennai, Tiruvallur and Kancheepuram people. There is nothing to worry from Cyclone Vardah. If atall, it will give one day of rains to us that too not flooding type. Lets hope it weakens early so it will come further south of Nellore

2. See the GFS track - Dont worry about it. Its only brining a Low Pressure close to TN coast.
