Cyclone Vardah have given rise to hardships to people across Chennai. The entire city is drowned in water and seen floating in water.
Owing to this panicking situation prevailing in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu, the collectors of Chennai, Tiruvallur and Kanchipuram have announced holiday to all schools and colleges on 13th December (Tomorrow).
