Padi pooja in 2017 scheduled on 16th January at Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple

The Sabarimala Ayyappa Temple has been now opened for Makaravilakku. Makaravilakku pooja will be performed on 14th January.
The one of the important pooja performed for Sabarimala Ayyappan is Padi Pooja but this has been stopped due to heavy crowd congestion. Now it has been decided to perform this pooja from 16th to 18th from 6.30 onwards. This pooja is performed at a cost of Rs 75000. This pooja has been booked till 2033.
