A sigh of relief has gushed forth upon the people of India as RBI has released the tension with a gleam of surprise as the withdrawal limit at ATMs has been increased from 4500 rupees to 10,000 rupees from today, however, the weekly withdrawal of 24,000 rupees remains to be the same. The confirmation was made through an official press note and notification circular across all the banks in India from Central Bank.
In addition to this, the plans are already going on to increase the withdrawal limit per day basis in shortest future as the adequacy of 500 rupees has been gaining in the recent times with proper circulation. This is one of the best lollapalooza with the stark illustration of development and the current account withdrawals has been doubled up from 50,000 to 1 Lac now per week.
When it comes to withdrawal for the sake of marriages, the amount cap has been fixed up for 2.5 Lac and farmers with 50,000 rupees withdrawal per week.
It looks like the RBI is now even planning to bring new 1000 rupees currency notes into the usage and very soon we can expect it. It would be sized up in the same proportion of new 500 and 2000 rupees current notes so as to facilitate the cassettes of ATM.
It all started overnight on November 8, when Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, where he claimed that all existing 500 and 1000 rupees note would be demonetized immediately from midnight.
