OPS rings Governor, pronounces majority

The present scenario in Tamil Nadu is that Sasikala is set to be put behind bars. This being the case, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, O. Panneerselvam contacted the Tamil Nadu governor over phone. During the conversation, OPS pointed out that he has majority support in the party and that he is ready to prove the same in the legislative assembly. Governor’s reply for the same is unknown still.
The AIADMK party members have elected Edappadi Palanisamy as the legislature party leader and the information is passed on to the Governor. At this juncture, communication between the Governor and OPS is considered to be of prime importance. If Edappadi Palanisamy also seeks rights to form the government in Tamil Nadu, the Governor may order to show majority between OPS and Palanisamy.
