Gold rate increased Rs.40 per sovereign

The cost of gold has increased Rs.40 per sovereign on Wednesday morning (Feb 22, 2017).A sovereign was worth Rs.22592.00 and a gram was Rs.2824.00.
The cost of 1 gram of pure gold (24K) is now Rs.2973.00.
Price of Silver also increased. A kilo of silver was priced at Rs.43240.00 and a gram was worth Rs.46.30.
