WhatsApp enters the field of digital financial exchange

The erstwhile employee of Yahoo, John Koum joined with Brian Acton to found the company of WhatsApp in the year 2009.

Currently, around 1.2 billion persons join WhatsApp every month. In India alone, 200 million persons use WhatsApp.

Thus, India has the maximum number of WhatsApp users.

Brian Acton, who visited Delhi, had a special interview on one of the TV Channels. He mentioned that WhatsApp has touched a new milestone in India. India is the top priority customer for WhatsApp.

Until now, we were making efforts to improve the quality of sending messages.Presently, WhatsApp has introduced the feature Status to provide the facility of video calling and voice calling.

With the initiative taken by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi introducing the project Digital India, Plan, India is fully into the digitalisation drive. The central government has taken several initiatives to encourage digital transactions.

Mr. Brian Acton informed that he came to Delhi to have a meeting with the Central government Minister for Technology. Mr. Ravishankar Prasad.

WhatsApp has also commenced the initiative to introduce the facility of electronic/digital exchange. Related research and review activities are in full swing.
