AI based EVA to provide customer service to HDFC customers

In its announcement today, HDFC Bank has launched an Electronic Virtual Assistant for providing customer service. This is driven by artificial intelligence notably.
 
This is first of its kind to offer Artificial Intelligence based chatbot. This can address millions of queries raised by customers, the HDFC statement reads.
 
In lesser than 0.4 seconds, Eva can provide answers to questions raised. It will take reference from thousands of sources for answering.
 
Over a thousand customers from 17 nations across the world have raised more than a lakh queries within very few days of its launch.
 
Getting instant replies is possible with Eva for all bank customers. As it learns from customer interactions, Eva is a smart and intellectual tool. Furthermore, Eva can also handle banking transactions, thus making HDFC a conversational banking experience to all its customers.
