Prospects of rain in South Tamil Nadu districts in 24 hours

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are good prospects of rain in the next 24 hours in the South Districts of Tamil Nadu.
In a press release, the centre has informed that there is a formation of thermal convection in the Bay of Bengal area in the South Tamil Nadu region.
Due to this thermal convection, there are prospects of rain in a few places, including Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, and Ramanathapuram.
