Jio is all done with the initial set of works for Jio 4G. And now, it is reported to be busy working on Jio-powered laptops in the Indian market. The laptop is guessed to come in a 13.3 inch screen size. The model will probably cater to the needs of travelers who always want their computer on the go. Of course, the laptop will come with the Jio SIM card embedded within. This will help with the internet connectivity with Jio 4G network. Thus, it eliminates the need for having an extra dongle for internet connection. The device will also allow VoLTE calls.
There are reports that the laptop is sourced from Foxconn that made computers of similar kind for InFocus. The laptop will have a SIM slot at the left side.
The laptop may function on Windows or Chrome OS. The latter is most likely as all Android based Jio apps are functional on it. The laptop reportedly comes with a 13.3 inch full HD display and has aspect ratio of 16:9. To facilitate video calls, the laptop will have HD camera placed above. A current generation Intel Pentium quad-core processor is used on the device too.
