Chennai Meteorological Centre: Dry weather to persist for next 2 days

The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that dry weather will prevail for the next 2 days and hotter weather will persist in the coastal areas.
The intensity of heat has been quite severe in the last few days throughout Tamil Nadu. The public has been facing extreme hardships in this oppressive summer.
10 places in the state of Tamil Nadu recorded temperatures of over 100 Degrees Fahrenheit with the hot breeze blowing across.
A maximum temperature of 107 Degrees Fahrenheit was recorded in Vellore, followed by Trichy at 105 Degrees Fahrenheit.
The Chennai Meteorological Centre informed that the temperature in the next 2 days will be higher by 2 to 3 Degrees as compared to the average.
