Teachers can undertake to pursue B. Ed. coaching without going on leave

The state government of Tamil Nadu has granted permission for the secondary grade teachers working in government and government-aided schools, pursuing coaching for B. Ed. (long-distance) courses, can now undertake the B. Ed. coaching without going on leave in their schools where they are working.

The secondary grade teachers, working in the schools functioning under the Primary education system, corporation or government-aided primary schools and secondary schools, through their teachers’ union, has appealed for pursuing their coaching classes for B. Ed. courses in their present schools without the need to go on leave. As per this demand, the teachers pursuing coaching classes for B. Ed. by postal (long-distance) courses, should be permitted to have their coaching (learning and teaching classes) in their respective schools without going on leave. 

As per this demand, the director of primary education has requested the state government to issue an order to permit the same.

This recommendation by the director of primary education has been scrutinized by the state government and approved this. 

Accordingly, the state government of Tamil Nadu has released an order that the teachers pursuing coaching classes for B. Ed. by postal (long-distance) courses, are permitted to have their coaching (learning and teaching classes) in their respective schools without going on leave.
