Applications invited for metro rail post graduation course

IIT Chennai has announced the invitation for applications for admission to the post graduation course in Metro Rail.
Metro Rail has announced the introduction of a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma Course to be conducted in IIT Chennai. Applications are invited for admission to this course.
The candidates must be civil engineering graduates with a minimum of 70% marks.
The last date for application is July 4th. The candidates for the course will be selected by Metro Rail through a written test and/or interview.
The selected candidates will study for 1 year in Chennai IIT. A monthly stipend of Rs. 20000 will be paid.
After completing the course, a job on a contract basis will be offered by Metro Rail. The monthly salary will be Rs. 45000.
