No toll charges in case of waiting for more than 3 minutes at the tollgate

It is learnt that there will be no toll charges if the waiting exceeds 3 minutes.
Whenever travelling and crossing from one district to another or from one state to another by road, one needs to pay the toll gate customs charges at the customs toll gates.
His charge will vary depending on the vehicle used for travel.
Under the RTI (Right To Information) Act, an advocate from Haryana, Hari Om Jindal, had asked for the details regarding the charges at the toll gates.
He received the reply from the government that the money collected at the toll gates is not a tax category and it is only a service charge.
Further, if the passenger waits for more than 3 minutes at the toll gate, there is no need to pay any toll gate charges.
As per the above details, the vehicles which keep waiting for very long hours in the toll gates need not pay any charges.
