SSC begins recruitment application process

For the post of Scientific Assistant in India Meteorological Department Examination, the staff selection commission has kick-started the recruitment application process.
And 8th August is the last date for applying to the same. Those interested can apply for the exam at official SSC site which is ssconline.nic.in.
Candidates who gets selected should appear for an open competitive exam to undergo recruitment for getting placed as Scientific Assistant in IMD, Group B Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in the 6th level of pay matrix.
Eligibility criteria for the same are as follows:
- The candidate should not age above 30
- The candidate should have graduated in Bachelor’s Degree in Science, having taken physics as one of the subjects, or computer science or information technology or computer application. Or he should have completed diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering passed out from a recognized institution or university, or should hold any equivalent degree
- The candidate should have passed 12th exam and should have passed out of a recognized board in Science with physics and math as the core subjects
