Indian car buyers are soon going to be very familiar with Nexa showrooms. This is nothing but premium range of showrooms from the brand Maruti Suzuki where car models like Baleno, S-Cross, Ciaz, Ignis, etc are sold. In the past 2 years, over 200 such Nexa showrooms are opened. Now, Maruti has escalated to the next level and it is likely to open premium Nexa Car Service Centres.
The Nexa service by Maruti will take forward its promise to pamper, innovate and excite the car customers.
Service bookings:
The practice of Nexa are gone. There, a dedicated person will have to attend phone calls and schedule services for car owners. Rather, the new service allows online booking via mobile app.
At the centre:
There is no guard for opening gate for you. Don’t be confused, there is no need for a guard as the system is automatic boom barrier which will scan RFID in our car and open up the gate. Your car will be assigned with a dedicated service bay and adviser. Apart from this, the regular checking norms and servicing will be carried out apart from the list of recommended jobs as suggested by the engineer.
What follows?
It is up to you whether to stay back or leave. When you want to stay back, you can easily check out the service progress and get your car’s health report as well where your car will be rated based on various parameters. This will give you the right insight on what is happening.
Is your car being serviced?
Yes, it is possible from the customer lounge. There are glass walls through which you can take a view of how the car is being serviced at each of the stage. You may also choose to see the car being serviced from the TV present in the lounge.
How long is the wait for all these?
The very first such Nexa service workshop got launched in Gurugram, Haryana. In phases, the rest of the launches are likely too as Maruti is eyeing on setting up 300 such service outlets functioning by 2020.
