Gold rate increased Rs.24 per sovereign

The cost of gold has increased Rs.24 per sovereign on Friday morning (Aug 18, 2017). A sovereign was worth Rs.22232.00 and a gram was Rs.2779.00.
The cost of 1 gram of pure gold (24K) is now Rs.2918.00.
A kilo of silver was priced at Rs.41900.00 and a gram was worth Rs.41.90.
