For this CMDA(Chennai Metro Politan Development Autrhority) has taken a decision to fadeout the problem within view days. against the unauthorized plots registrations registered prior of july1,2007 the state government took the decision to condemning the process the momentum of unauthorized subdivision were under the government act of Tamilnadu urban land(ceiling and regulation)Act of 1975.
Though urban areas were developed the lack of awareness and the money making concept makes the regularity a fraudulent and fake business.
Unauthorized layouts will be fully wipened within few days of the project commences officials said. and the fully buildup and no licensed projects will be taken under control of state government and to be handed over to prior proprietors.
