Diesel price increased

Diesel price was increased by 1paise per litre with effect from 6 am, Oct 5. Prices may vary from Outlet to Outlet within a city due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates.
After the price revision, a litre of petrol in Chennai will now cost Rs. 70.85 per litre and diesel will cost Rs. 59.90 per litre.
