Online Facility to submit draft application for construction with CMDA

The construction agencies can now apply to CMDA online for getting the approval of their draft plan. In fact, the facility to apply online was started in 2007. However, it was withdrawn later. In this situation, due to the persistent demand from the state and the central government, the efforts to restore the online facility was expedited.
Accordingly, a new website has been created for this.
The facility to apply to RERA (Real Estate Regulation Agency) has also been introduced from today (Wednesday, 11th October). The website: www.tnrera.in
