Sony launches Xperia R1 and Xperia R1 Plus smartphones

Japanese smartphone maker Sony has announced the launch of two new mid-range smartphones - Xperia R1 and Xperia R1 Plus - priced at Rs 12,990 and Rs 14,990 respectively. The smartphones will be available starting November 10.
Xperia R1 features:

- Android Nougat 7.0
- Available in black and silver colours

- 8MP front camera
