Metro Rail service to be stopped if the wind speed is more than 90 kmph

The Chennai Metro Rail authorities have announced that the Metro Rail services will be stopped in case the speed of the wind blowing across exceeds 90 kmph.
As heavy rain has been forecast, the Metro Rail is making all possible preventive actions.
Anemometers, to measure the wind-speed, have been installed at all Metro Rail stations.
The administration has informed that in case the wind speed crosses the range 70-90 kmph, the Metro Rail services would be stopped.
