Heavy traffic congestion in Chennai

With the downpour of heavy incessant rain in Chennai, there has been a heavy traffic congestion in several places in the city.
The major traffic in the city, including Sterling Road, Mount Poonamallee, New Avadi Road, Kilpauk Garden area, Alwarpet TTK Road, Central Railway station area, Adyar MG Road, and OMR (Old Mahabalipuram) are all facing very acute traffic congestion.
