WhatsApp set to launch Business App

Information is gathered that Facebook-owned WhatsApp is all set to launch a special App for the people in the commercial sector.
In the recently released information on the official website, the details of WhatsApp Business accounts are seen.
The details given include the procedure to check and confirm that WhatsApp business accounts are true. When chatting with WhatsApp business Accounts, the category of the specified contact profile on chat can be seen.
It has been explained that the confirmed WhatsApp accounts will be given a green benchmark badge.
It is learned that the much-awaited WhatsApp Business App is being tested by private testing agencies and the Business App may be released as a separate App shortly.
As per the information released by PlayStore, the WhatsApp test partners can already use the variety of new features. It is also requested and suggested that the experience of testing this new App can be shared with WhatsApp.
The Business App released by WhatsApp will be totally different from the usual WhatsApp. The usual LOGO (for WhatsApp) has been modified and the letter ‘B’ in the green icon has been created. There are no changes in the procedure to download the App.
It is expected that this new Business App will have features like how to create business accounts, answer related queries, chat migration, and Analytics.
