Schools petitioned another case against the fees structure decided by the government

The private schools situated in tamilnadu seeks a petition against the present form of fees structure and to change the structure of fee the bench of committee was setup before several days and which was headed by justice Govindharajan was failed and the present new justice committee is to be placed to verify the petition and the committee is to be held in chennai high court and headed by retired Justice Singaravelu.
In the month of may the schools which filed petition against the fee structure was had the final with the help of several justices they orderd the schools to submit the revenue records infront of the bench of justice to verify and to finalize fee structure.the bench of Justice singara velu had finalized the fees structure.
New bench didn’t even referred the revenue accounts and records which are submitted before justice they should refer and to give the judgement said by the lawyers.
