Detel joins hands with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the launch of the new phone Detel D1, a monochrome display 1.44-inch phone with 650 mAh battery. This partnership of BSNL and Detel aims at providing extremely low budgeted phones for the large 70 percent rural population and for the people who cannot rely on smart phones complexities.
The new phone D1 is categorized under the economy feature phone that has the talk time of Rs 103 in the call rate 0.15 paise per minute, for 365 days starting from the first recharge. It also offers special ringtone for 28 days.
The Detel D1 features torch light, Phonebook, FM Radio, Speaker settings and also the vibration option for the incoming calls. It incorporates all the basic need for the purpose of phone call communication only.
