The US Immigration Officials have informed that there will be no changes in the regulations policy demanding that all H1B visa holders must leave the country. This news has brought an immense relief and peace of mind to the IT employees working in the United States of America.

A recent news was gathered that The US president Trump administration was all set to implement the tightening of the rules and regulations regarding the extension of H1B Visa. Following this, USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) has released the report the above news that there are no changes in H1B Visa Extension policy.
It states that no review has been conducted on the demand that present H1B Visa holders should be asked to leave the country. It is also felt that there is no need to change the Act. The extension of H1B visas must be carried out as stated in this law. With this, H1B Visa extension can be given up to 6 years.
The Public Relations Official Jonathan Widdington has categorically stated that that USCIS will not review any issue proposing to cancel H1B Visa extension. The recent news doing rounds that due to the excess pressure-build-up, the USCIS had changed its policy is absolutely wrong.
In this regard, NASSCOM had already warned that any changes in H1B Visa formalities/regulations would adversely affect both the USA and India.
The US Parliamentary has made it mandatory that under the general category, the USA must issue 65000 H1B Visas and for the applicants with higher education, 20000 H1B visas must be issued.
