Minister for education Mr. Sengottaiyan recently made his presence felt at the golden jubilee function of the Muthur Government Higher Secondary School. The education minister spoke about the advantages of the new syllabus and said how the syllabus was designed so that the students who complete their studies would be able to find jobs in two years of time.
Mr Sengottaiyan also highlighted the training received by as many as 75000 students studying plus two for NEET and other competitive exams. The private centres for training the students would cost as much as Rs 50000.
One important piece of news is across the state of TN as many as 312 training centers would be started and the new syllabus that would be implemented next year would prepare the students for the competitive exams and this would be sensational. Apart from this it is now said that the government would also be setting up many coaching centres in all the district head quarters for the students who are aiming for the civil services.
The education minister also spoke about how the students studying in the government schools would be given three types of uniforms depending upon their classes of study and this would be similar to some of the private schools which are doing this.
