30th January today-Martyrsday-2-minute traffic standstill-are you aware of the time?

Martyr`Day is observed on 30th January every year in memory of the martyrs who participated in the freedom struggle and lost their lives.
Accordingly, this year (2018), 2-minute is observed from 11.00 AM to 11.02 AM today (Tuesday, 30th January). The traffic in the Chennai Metro City would come to a standstill for these 2 minutes.
The vehicle drivers are requested to cooperate.
