We all love eating different foods. In this fast paced world most of us have no time at our disposal and take foods outside in a restaurant or fast food joints etc. Dining out frequently is not good for our body and it would lead to many issues.
It is now revealed that eating out frequently in hotels or fast food joints or cafeterias would increase the phthalates in our body. These phthalates could disrupt hormones in us and finally lead to many health issues in us.
The below mentioned reasons show how eating out frequently is not good for health
Poor hygiene factor - It is confirmed that eating out frequently would leads to food poisoning in us. The hygiene aspect is very important to us and it would not be present in the food joints etc due to the presence of insects like flies, cockroaches etc.
Not proper information about foods consumed - This is also one important reason to avoid eating foods outside frequently. By eating outside we are unable to keep track of the foods we consume. It must be noted that the ingredients used to prepare the dishes would not be known to us.
Poor quality of foods - The foods that are available outside might not be of good quality and do not have all the nutrients that are needed for our body. Even after paying huge amount for the food we might not be taking right quality of food. So eating out frequently must be avoided.
Temptations to consume more food - This is an important reason why we must not take foods outside frequently. When we eat at homes we consume sufficient quantity of food but when we eat outside we consume more food. The different types of food available in restaurants or cafeterias etc would tempt us to have more food.
High cost - This must also be considered when we eat outside frequently as we have to pay huge bill amount every time. Eating food at homes is always cheaper than eating outside.
Improper cooking - A serious thought must be given in this aspect before consuming food outside. In many fast food joints foods like pizzas, hamburgers plus other deep fried food stuffs would not be cooked properly. Another important point is the oils or cheese etc used might be very old and it might cause many health issues in us.
