Commuters and passengers on long-distances trains have been consistently complaining about the bad quality of food items that are being sold on-board and in railway stations’ platforms. To address this issue, the Railway Department instituted a complaint cell on the 18th of this month.

Those who wish to lodge their complaints regarding foods sold on Railway premises can call the toll free number 1800 111321 on all 7 days of the week between 7am and 10pm.
