5 important aspects to look for while buying a flat

There are various factors to be considered while deciding to buy and own a flat. It is really worthwhile knowing some of the important factors to be considered in this regard.
Generally, all the multi-storeyed apartment complexes are constructed with consideration to include aspects such as location, facilities such as a park for the children, a hall for organizing functions, garden, lift facility, and drinking water.
As explained above, some aspects are to be serious consideration apart from the budget while buying a flat. The real estate experts list out 5 aspects:
· Sufficient and proper space must be available in the front, back and the 2 sides of the flats/houses.
· All the flats under the construction must be given a proper official share of UDS.
· Parking facility for 2-wheelers and 4-heelers must be available. (A minimum of 300 sq ft is required for car parking).
· The monthly maintenance charges must be reasonable.
· It must be ensured that there will be no major damages in the event of torrential rains or floods harming the flat construction and the approach roads.
