5% train fare concession for e-booking

A 5% concession in the train ticket fare is offered to the passengers who book their train tickets through the BHIM Mobile App.
The passengers who book their train tickets online through the official website of IRCTC (Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation) avail other facilities such as ordering food items, bed sheet, etc.
In order to reduce the avoidable travel and time of the booking passengers, new facilities such as new mobile Apps are being introduced. Accordingly, a new mobile App, ‘BHIM’ has been introduced recently.and has met with a huge popular response.
Encouraging the passengers to prefer and adopt cashless transactions, IRCTC has announced that the passengers who book through the BHIM mobile App can avail a concession of 5% in the ticket fare up to 13th June 2019.
