Having a lifestyle where our body asks for more than 1.5 liters of water can bring a big change for those women affected by urinary infections. Regular exercises and outside exposure will redirect the body to use more fluids eliminating wastes. Consuming right amount of water based on the levels of thirst can almost destroy the bacterial infections in the bladder. However the amount of water found on this research is just an average.
