Goddess Brahmacharini is worshipped on this day (11th October 2018). Dwitiya - The goddess is worshipped as Brahmacharini who is the unmarried form of the Goddess Pavrati. Goddess Pavrati undertook penance to get marry Lord Shiva and she is associated with pious strictness. Yellow is the color to wear on this 2nd day of Navratri Brahmotsavams.
