Ginger intake:

They belong to family called ‘Zingiberaceae’ and are seen growing in the tropical rainforests of Indian subcontinent and southern Asia. This ginger is herbaceous perennial that could live for more than 2 years is known. Ginger is highly used in making many dishes as a flavouring agent. Also known as piper nigrum, black pepper is found in the tropical places. In India this black pepper is found in plenty in Kerala. Belonging to the family ‘Piperaceae’, this black pepper is a flowering vine. This common spice is a seasoning plus a flavouring agent is well known to us. The absorption of the nutrients gets better due to the presence of piperine in the black pepper. By improving the secretions of bile acids, black pepper could breakdown the foods. Expulsion of gas from the digestive system is possible by the intake of black pepper. Issues like belching, flatulence etc could be cured effectively.

Triphala intake:
