The tatkal scheme announced for the +2 Public Examinations

As per the notification issued by the state government of Tamil Nau Examinations Board Director Vasundhara Devi, the candidates interested in writing the Public Examinations for +1 and +2. Who missed applying as private candidates can now apply to write these examinations under the ‘Tatkal’ scheme by paying an additional charge of Rs. 1000.

The state government Department of Examination has set up service centres in each education district.

The location and address of the nearest service centre can be accessed along with other details visiting the website.

Interested candidates must visit the state examination board service centres on 21st and 22nd January and apply online.

In this academic year, the +2 Public Examination is set for a total of 600 marks with 100 marks each for 6 papers.

The candidates who had written under the total of 1200 and failed in some subjects can write the March and June supplementary examinations and pass. Please note the candidates cannot write as per the old examination system henceforth.
