Vodafone latest concessional offer - daily 1.6 GB data

There seems to be emerging a serious competitive trend among the telecom service providers in offering longer-term validities. The competition was started by Reliance Jio and Vodafone. A recent concession offer is valid for 1 year at Rs. 1699.
Subsequently, Airtel announced an offer of Rs. 1699 valid for 360 days. Apart from this, Airtel had announced 2 more offers yesterday (Friday, 25th January) at Rs. 998 and Rs. 597.
In this situation and background, Vodafone has come up with a new offer. The offer, at Rs. 479, provides daily 1.6 GB data valid for 84 days. Thus, the users of this package can avail 134.4 GB data during this validity period.
Further, the customers can avail unlimited local and outstation calls and roaming calls throughout the country. Apart from this, the users can avail 100 SMS for 84 days and free live TV and watching movies through the Vodafone App.
This new concessional offer poses a counter to the Jio offer of Rs. 399. The Jio Rs. 399 offer provide daily 1.5 GB data with a validity of 84 days.
