The obesity complains among the children has exploded in recent times to be one of the burning topics throughout the world! When children below 5 years of age are rather fat, it is better to get them after - physical check-up and concerned tests – to do some physical exercises such as walking, playing with the ball, teaching swimming, making them ride tri-cycles, etc. This is good enough to get their bodies in a healthy condition.
Physical exercises are a ‘must’ for children while both at school and home! During the physical exercise sessions in the school, the students must whole-heartedly and physically involve themselves. Even after returning home, they can indulge in some sports or physical exercises.
Thus spending 30 minutes daily at both the places (home and school)making for a total of 10hour of physical exercises on a daily basis is sufficient. Even if they spend this 1-hour weekly 3-5 times, it is ok!
Physical exercises are extremely essential for the children in the age-group 5-17. It is a `must’ for them in involving themselves fully during the physical exercise sessions n the school! Like mentioned above, if they spend another half-an-hour in physical exercises after returning home, this 1 hour spent is good enough!
However, it must be noted that all children need not do the same typical exercises. The exercises for the individual child must be recommended and one based on the child’s physical condition, strength level, if they have any complaints, etc. However, it is mandatory that children must be allowed to play and do physical exercises at lean hour every day!
