It is believed that this will weed out all kinds of plaque and buildup that are formed through your bedtime. On the other hand ,when you practice to brush after breakfast, you are advised to brush at least half an hour after eating, because the sugar or acid content in your meal (like orange or cereal) will alter the pH level inside your mouth. This will eventually make the tooth enamel weak. Hence, as you practice to brush your teeth after meals, chances are that the enamel will get softer and let the acid content of your meals enter your teeth.
