These are the symptoms of stress that you never knew you had

The common word that is used by majority of us these days is Stress. People get stressed in their lives due to various reasons. The stress could be in their work pressure or due to their families. People get stressed when they face issue regarding finance or health. It must be noted that stress is the feeling of strain and pressure and this is as per psychology. The amazing piece of information is small amounts of stress is beneficial for us as it plays a part in motivation, adaptation etc. Body gets harmed when there is excess amount of stress in us. It is believed that by accepting the situation we could get cured of this stress.

For those affected by stress, taking proper care of their health is very important. If stress is not treated then it might lead to other serious health issues in us.

There are few symptoms of stress present in us that we might not know we had and these are

Insomnia:

One of the most common symptoms of stress is insomnia or inability to get sound sleep or the lack of sleep. The point is not every person who has got stress suffers from insomnia. It is revealed that hyperarousal caused by stress could affect our sleeping cycle. Lack of sleep could increase the stress and the condition keeps worsening.

Headaches:

Having stress could also lead to headaches in us. The shocking information is the stress originated headaches might lead to other serious issues and these are not as easily curable. Known as tension type headaches, stress could also trigger migraine for those who already have that issue in them.

Loss of hairs:

Long-term stress is called as anxiety and this could lead to hair loss in us. Issue known as alopecia areata occurs in those who have excess stress. This results in large clumps of hairs falling out. This condition is reversible and not permanent. 

Stomach aches:

This is another issue that occurs when a person is stressed.  It is said that stress directly affects the digestion and causes constipation and other intestinal health issues. Irritable bowel syndrome in many of us is due to stress only.

Irregularities in menstruation:

The important information is having excess stress could lead menstruation or periods to stop in the women. This is termed as secondary amenorrhea. Permanent issues in fertility could take place. Periods could occur at irregular intervals because of stress.
