The Tamil Nadu state government department of the school education has informed that the students can register their qualification status on 10th and 12th standards in their respective schools.
In a circular sent to all the district Primary Education Officers, by the Director of the Department of School Education, V. Rameswaramurugan, it is mentioned:
‘Facilities were set up right from the year 2011 in the order that the students can register in the Employment Exchange giving their qualification status on 10th or 12th Standard in their respective schools. In a similar trend, the 10th and 12th Standard students can register their qualifications in the Employment Exchange from their respective schools.
Accordingly, once the results of the examination are released, right from the day/date when the permanent certificates are issued by the schools, the students can register in the Employment Exchange within 15 days from the date of issue of certificates. Further, the date o which the mark sheets were issued to the candidates will be considered as the seniority date!
All the required applications have been sent to the principals/headmasters of respective schools. The district primary education officers will have to insist the school headmasters/principals get the applications filled up and keep them ready.’
