Based on investigations by India’s intelligence wing RAW (Research and Analysis Wing), it has come to light that 1993 Bombay bomb blasts mastermind Dawood Ibrahim had returned to Pakistan days before the Supreme Court’s verdict.
Reports say that Ibrahim was outside Pakistan, most probably networking for his drug trade. One of his main bases is the Kenyan capital Nairobi. Also, he has not visited Dubai (previously his safe house) or other countries in the Middle East after advice from his Inter Service Intelligence handlers. He was warned that many of the countries were leaning towards support to India and there was danger of an arrest.
