Hyundai Motor India Limited has announced that there will be a price hike in all its models. The company is India’s second largest car manufacturer and the largest passenger car exporter.

Speaking to the press, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Rakesh Srivatsava said,"The price increase was necessitated due to On Board Diagnostic Compliance Changes (OBDC)."

‘We have increased the prices in the range of Rs.575 to Rs.2830 across all the models. We have tried to absorb the maximum cost to minimise the price increase to cause less inconvenience to our valued customers. The price increase across all the models would come with immediate effect from April 1st.’
