For the customers who buy vehicles on payment by cash, all leading vehicle manufacturers have been offering sensational discounts! By availing these, the prospective buyer can save in the range from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1500!
There has been a remarkable recession in automobile sales in recent times and lots of news are read regarding the retrenchment of workers in the automobile-related industries. However, there is an interesting tit-bot offering some solace for them!
This is nothing but the news that the various automobile manufacturing companies, in their objective to improve sales, have started offering sensational concessions to the prospective buyers!
Generally, even an offer of a discount in the range of 5% to 7% itself is good remarkable news! As such, presently, some automobile manufacturers have come up with offers of up to 20% discount!
The general trend is that most automobile manufacturers announce major concessions during December only. This is with a view to earning the maximum within that calendar year!
However, in the present severe recession crisis in the automobile industry, the manufacturers have announced these large-scale concessions in September itself!
Even Maruti Suzuki which follows an ultra-cautious approach in these issues has come up now with offers of discounts ranging from Rs. 30000 to Rs. 1.2 Lakhs! The prices of the cars manufactured by Maruti Suzuki has been reduced by 18% to 20%.
Hyundai offers up to 15% discount for the Grand I10 models.
In the 3 months period which ended in June, Maruti Suzuki had offered an average discount of Rs. 1816 to Rs. 16941 per vehicle. The Market experts observe that these discounted offers will increase in the coming months.
As far Hyundai, it has started the offer of discounts, generally offered during October or December, are for offer now in September itself!
Toyota Kirloskar, with the sole objective on an increase in sales, offers discount in the range of Rs. 2.5 Lakhs!
Honda also offers discounts ranging from Rs. 42000 to Rs. 4 Lakhs! Maximum discounts are on offer, especially for the CRV models!
Renault and Nissan have reduced their prices by Rs. 1.5 Lakhs.
Even as the automobile industries offering such fabulous discounts, the salespersons have also indulged in huge discount offers with the prime objective to dispose of the existing excess stock!
One of the 2-wheeler sales distributors shared that the present range of discount may be unprecedented as compared in the previous 20 years!
Apart from this, the automobile manufacturing companies have been offering further special discounts for prospective buyers by cash! In this respect, the buyers can save from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1500.
