Grievance meeting by CMWSSB tomorrow (14th September) in Chennai

Grievance meetings are scheduled by the CMWSSB (Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board) at the 16 regional offices tomorrow (Saturday, 14th September).
CMSSB’s grievance camps, about complaints/suggestions regarding the water supply/distribution system and related issues, are conducted on the 2nd Saturday of every month.
Accordingly, the grievance meeting by CMWSSB for the month of September is scheduled to be conducted at the 15 regional offices at 10.00 AM tomorrow (14th September).
This meeting is presided by the Superintending Engineer. Complaints can be made or petitions may be submitted in this grievance meeting regarding the water supply system or the drainage system, or new connections.
Details regarding rainwater collections and maintenance will also be shared during this grievance camp.
The officials of CMWSSB have informed that during the grievance meeting in August, 41 complaint petitions were received. Out of this, 34 complaints have been attended and solved. Correction activities are in progress regarding the balance 7 petitions.
